This Shipping Policy explains how Machine Control Systems / UMA INDUSTRIES (“we”, “our”, “us”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on phmeters.in. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1) Shipping Coverage

  • We ship across India.
  • International shipping is available only on request for select products. Please contact us before ordering.

2) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom, made-to-order, or calibration-required items may take longer; we will share the expected dispatch date.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3) Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location, courier serviceability, and product type.

  • Metro cities: Usually 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Other cities/towns: Usually 3–8 business days after dispatch
  • Remote areas: May take 7–12 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, regulatory checks, or other factors outside our control.

4) Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you complete payment.
  • Some items may have special packing/handling charges due to size, weight, or fragile nature.
  • For bulk orders, freight may be quoted separately.

5) Courier Partners & Dispatch

  • We use reputed courier/transport partners depending on your pin-code and shipment size.
  • Once dispatched, you may receive tracking details by email/WhatsApp/SMS (if provided at checkout).
  • For large/heavy consignments, we may dispatch via surface transport for safe handling.

6) Delivery Attempt, Address & Contact Details

  • Please ensure your delivery address, pin-code, and mobile number are accurate at checkout.
  • If the courier cannot deliver due to incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or repeated failed attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes in many cases (depends on courier serviceability).

7) Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Package (Important)

  • Do not accept the package if it appears tampered, opened, or severely damaged.
  • If accepted, please take an unboxing video (single continuous video) and clear photos of the outer packaging and product within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Report issues within 24 hours of delivery so we can raise a claim with the courier.

Claims without proof (photos/video) or reported after the above window may not be eligible for replacement/refund.

8) Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Shipping terms work together with our Return/Refund Policy. If you cannot find it on our site, please contact us and we will assist you.

  • Returns/replacements are subject to product condition, reason, and eligibility criteria.
  • Custom-built or made-to-order items may have limited return eligibility (as per policy).

9) Cancellations

  • You can request cancellation before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If you refuse delivery after dispatch, forward/reverse shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

10) Taxes & Invoicing

  • Prices shown on the website are as displayed at checkout; applicable GST details are included in the invoice.
  • Invoice is normally included in the shipment or sent digitally.
