Counter with Timer

Digital Counter with Timer, Counter and Timer both in one meter, Counter with worker efficiency timer. Hence we may check here if any worker leps his time in talking or walking. While such activity time accumulate for the whole duty hours and may display a big figure.
This Counter has developed by concept to evaluate production counting and machine running time for that production. Hence  in other words, workmen efficiency in terms of productivity; i.e. how much production has been produced by individual workmen in how much time.
the working principle of this meter is we set a fixed time (let 15 Seconds) for one stock by any machine. now the meter starts its timer till 15 Seconds only. if meter found 2nd stock within 15 seconds then previous leps time added to Time Totalizer and let time restart from zero further for 15 seconds. if a 2nd stroke is not found then time stops. in this way, this meter accumulates total machine running time in respect of preset strock time. and we found total machine running hours and total production count.

Digital Counter with Timer

this Meter has two screens of 6 digits,
1st screen shows normal counting of machine increase one by one along with pulse or signal received from sensor or switch, this is a counter and may reset to zero any time if we press R (Reset) button provided on the front panel.
2nd Screen is the Timer, this value may be seen while we press T (Total) Button, this value shows the total count from we reset it in past. this value may reset if we press R (reset) Button with the Pressing T (Total) Button, i.e. we have to press both buttons at once to reset this value.

Digital Preset Counter

likewise, we may call this meter as “Production Counter with Efficiency timer” or “Production Counter with Timer” Operating Principle of Digital Counter Meter. While A Counter meter has a small device that converts the voltage of the frequency into a train of uni-directional pulses. The frequency of the input signal is displayed as count.
Hence we may set any desired value in this counter, it increases its count on each pulse received. While relay output received if the production count is equal to the preset count.
