How Digital pH Controller Online Works
The controller continuously measures the pH value using a pH electrode. The measured pH value is shown on the digital LED display. - Press the SET key twice.
- The low pH set value will appear on the display.
- Adjust the value using UP and DOWN keys.
- Press ENTER to save the value.

Calibration Procedure for Digital pH Controller Online
Calibration with 7 pH Buffer Solution
- Rinse the pH electrode with clean water or DM water.
- Dip the electrode in standard 7 pH buffer solution.
- Wait until the reading becomes stable.
- Adjust the 7 pH calibration setting or screw slowly.
- Set the display value to 7.00 pH.
Calibration with 4 pH Buffer Solution
- Clean the electrode again with clean water or DM water.
- Dip the electrode in standard 4 pH buffer solution.
- Wait until the display reading becomes stable.
- Adjust the 4 pH calibration setting or screw slowly.
- Set the display value to 4.00 pH.
For best accuracy, use fresh buffer solution and keep the pH electrode clean. Do not rub the glass bulb harshly because it can damage the sensitive surface of the electrode.
