Two potential-free relay outputs are provided:

LO Relay (Relay-1)

Activates when pH falls below the set LPH value
→ Used for alkaline dosing / low-pH correction

HI Relay (Relay-2)

Activates when pH rises above the set HPH value; RS 485 Modbus RTU ph Controller
→ Used for acid dosing / high-pH correction

Relays can directly trigger:

🔹 Easy Set Point Programming

a) Set High Limit (HPH)

• Press SET → upper display shows HPH

• Lower display shows current value

• Use UP or DN to adjust high setpoint

b) Set Low Limit (LPH)

• Press SET again → upper shows LPH

• Adjust using UP/DN

c) Save Settings

• Press SET until display exits

• OR press ENT to save instantly

🔹 Auto Calibration – 4 pH & 7 pH; RS 485 Modbus RTU ph Controller

Calibration is extremely simple:

Step-1: 7 pH Calibration

1. Wash probe with distilled water

2. Dip in 7 pH buffer

3. Wait for stability

4. Press UP to calibrate

Step-2: 4 pH Calibration

1. Wash probe

2. Dip in 4 pH buffer

3. Wait for stability

4. Press DN to calibrate

Factory Reset Calibration

Press SET + ENT together
→ Calibration returns to factory default values
