Working Principle of PH Controller with Dosing Quantity and Delay
This pH controller is designed to improve automatic dosing accuracy. In many tanks and chemical processes, the pH value does not change immediately after chemical dosing. If a normal controller keeps dosing continuously, it may add excess chemical and create over-dosing. This model avoids that problem by dosing a fixed quantity first, then waiting for the selected delay time before checking the pH value again.
The operator sets the required higher pH limit, lower pH limit, dosing quantity in ML and delay time in minutes. When the pH value crosses the set limit, the controller operates the dosing pump for the required dosing quantity. After dosing, it waits for the selected delay time so the chemical can mix properly and the actual pH change can be evaluated. If the pH is still outside the set range, the controller repeats the dosing cycle.

- Set the delay time in minutes using the UP and DOWN buttons.
