❓ FAQs
Q1. Do I need internet for this counter?
No. It works on your local Wi-Fi network. You can view data from any mobile / PC connected to the same router.
Q2. Can I connect it to my existing proximity sensor?
Yes, as long as your sensor gives a TTL / NPN / open-collector pulse within the supported speed (up to around 600–660 counts per minute).
Q3. What happens during power failure?
All important data (Counts, Run Times, Monthly Totals, Machine No, Customer Code) are saved in non-volatile memory and restored automatically when power returns.
Q4. Can this be customized for my application?
Yes. As the product is built on ESP32, we can customize web page, reports, and communication protocol for OEM / bulk requirements.
