Setting Value of Preset Time : Follow the instructions :

Push SET Button Once, use UP and DN buttons to adjust the required value, Press ENT button to save Preset Value
Set Min / Sec / Hours
Switch OFF the Power + Push SET Button with ENT at Once, switch ON the Power, use the UP and DN buttons to Select the required value, Press the ENT button to save
Set Decimal Point:
Press SET and DN Button at Once, Switch ON the Power, Set Decimal Point if required, Press ENT button to save
