6. If Materials found defective or damaged during Transportation or by other reason than “Return Request” Having Clearly mentioned the cause of Return with valid reason step wise must be submitted within 10 Days of Invoice Date.
7. We Replace or Repair the Meters or controllers or Machine according to inspection report of our Expert or Inspection In charge and Condition of Product, and cause of failure or damage.
8. To and Fro Transportation Charge and Transit Insurance if any will be paid by buyer only.
9. All dispute if any will be subject to Faridabad Jurisdictions only. As the factory and office also setup in Faridabad only.
10. Advance Payment along with confirm order @ 50% required to Start work or prepare consignment.
11. Material or Machine Inspection available at our Works prior to dispatch only.
12. Balance Payment 100% must be paid before dispatch against proforma invoice, after receiving full payment material will be dispatch to destination
